Stainless steel pipes
Our stainless steel pipes are of class leading quality and are utilised by our clients in the most demanding of applications including radiators, dairies and pulp mills. The advanced production process provides a truly world class product. Specifically: the welding process ensures the welding bead is not visible and delivers an outstanding surface quality. We can offer our clients quality assurance through testing confirmation such as eddy current and hydrostatic testing in accordance with EN or ASTM standards.
Stainless steel sheets, coil and plates
Sales of Stainless steel sheets, coil and plates have grown significantly over recent years and we now have access to up to 15,000 tonnes of production capacity per month of the highest quality material available. We continue to expand our range and volume of stock at our central distribution centre in Czech Republic, to ensure deliveries to our clients are made within 48 hours. This enables our clients to plan production with confidence whilst optimising their own storage and production space.
Stainless steel bars, angles and wire
We source our extensive range of stainless steel bars, angles and wire from a group of carefully selected production partners throughout Asia. We use our experience and long term partnerships with producers to ensure size by size and finish by finish we source the highest quality at the most competitive prices. We then carefully manage the logistics process and deliver from our central distribution centre in Czech Republic.
Stainless steel handrail systems
At Manchyk we strive to stock all the necessary components for your stainless steel handrail systems.
We believe that 42.4 mm diameter round tubes and 40×40 mm square tubes are the best choice for handrails. Therefore most of our fittings in stock are designed to fit these two sizes. Other dimensions are available from production.
